From roasted pumpkin and brown butter to creamy chestnuts and savory herbs, the bounty of nature is something for which we're truly thankful!

Please note that all of our Thanksgiving pastas can be made egg-free upon request.

FRESH FLAT PASTA

Roasted Chestnut Pappardelle  

organic chestnuts, roasted and mashed, lend a creamy nuttiness to our hand-cut pappardelle (wide ribbons)

$12 for 8 oz = two entrees or four sides 

 

FROZEN FILLED PASTA 

Pumpkin-Brown Butter Ravioli with Candied Walnuts

twice-baked pie pumpkin whipped into house-made brown butter and candied walnuts

$1.25 per piece. Suggested entree = 6-8 pieces. Suggested side = 3-5 pieces.


READY-TO-BAKE PASTA

 Roasted Squash Lasagna

butternut squash bechamel, parmigiano-crusted pumpkin, and farmer's market greens layered between fresh Thyme & Sage pasta sheets, topped with buttered breadcrumbs

$25 for 2.25 lb pan = 2 entrees or 4 sides 
 

DRESSING

Brown Butter

 Nordic Creamery Harvest butter, toasted to nutty perfection, ready to blanket our chestnut pappardelle or (to gild the lily) pumpkin-brown butter ravioli

$4 per two-serving ball
 

All orders must be paid for in advance and placed no later than Wednesday, November 20 for pick-up from Pasta Puttana Shop on Saturday, November 23, Tuesday, November 26, or Wednesday, November 27.

 Pick-up from Green CIty Market may be arranged for Saturday, November 23.
