Dear Friends, With enormous gratitude, countless memories, and an eye toward the future, I announce that my family is moving west, and I plan to take Pasta Puttana along for the ride. This means Pasta Puttana, "the Chicago Chapter," will be closing on March 15, 2014. Thanks to loyal customers like you, and my talented, irreplaceable staff, the past five years have felt like one giant winning streak. Here's the good news: Our final eight weeks will be chock full of farmer's markets, pasta classes, Valentine's Day specials, and your favorite Pasta Puttana products sold at all our regular outlets. No sleep till Brooklyn! Even better news: We're taking to the internet in the form of Pasta Puttana's House of Pastatution. In it, we'll share our trips to Italy, original pasta recipes, flavor pairings, pasta-making techniques, and demonstration videos. The House will soon be in session!
