"Since joining CD FIT in January 2015 I have lost 20 pounds as of June 2015! I heard about CD FIT through work (American College of Cardiology), where four classes are offered on a weekly basis at our office. It took me over a year, but this past fall I decided to sign up because I wanted to get in shape and thought why not since it is so convenient. It was time to stop making excuses and get my butt in gear. Nothing that I had been doing previously had really worked, so it was time to try something new. It was the best decision I could have made and I am never looking back.
I have seen great results by sticking with the program and adjusting my diet, mainly by taking out bread and focusing on the meat and veggies. Clarence creates a great team atmosphere and really cares about all his clients and only wants to see the best results for them. I need that team atmosphere and that "coach" that will push me to my edge. I feel stronger, healthier, and happier since starting CD FIT. This is a lifestyle change for me and I look forward to reaching even more of my fitness goals in the coming months!"
