Three years prior to starting CD Fit I was working out on my own. I was previously a college gymnast, and I thought that I could push myself to stay fit after my competitive days were over. As years passed, my weight began to creep up, and my thighs started to expand. YIKES!! That's when I joined our boot camp class. I had forgotten how fun it was to work out with an encouraging group of people while an enthusiastic instructor pushes you to "dig deep" and fight for every rep.
Now, 3 years and TWO BABIES later, I am in better shape than when I was flipping on the beams in college! SO BE ENCOURAGED HARD WORKIN MAMMAS! Each rep counts! That extra push during your workout adds up, and hard work pays off! YOU CAN DO IT!!! I am now 12 pounds under my pre-baby weight and have muscles I have never seen before. Clarence's amazing workouts and motivation have transformed this crazy changing mamma’s body back into fit shape!
