Holiday Schedule for Dec 2014/Jan 2015: Annual Break For All Classes
Hello Boot Campers,

The Christmas holiday is upon us and it is now time for us to prepare for some relaxation to help you rejuvenate and recover from an amazing year of hard, hard training.  The body needs time to recover from intense training, and there is no better time than now.

We will start our annual break from Monday, 12/22/14, through Friday, 1/2/15, for all classes.  The last day for classes this month will be Friday, 12/19/14, and we will return to class on Monday, 1/5/15.

As a reminder, we have already built into the schedule 50 bonus classes per year in advance for every class in the program at no additional cost, so this break has already been accounted for.  You can review the details on the Location page of our site if needed.

We ask that you take this time to just relax and recover.  Take the first week to just do nothing.  Just allow yourself to fully recover.  The second week is a good time to use the foam roller everyday, and you can visit the Lifestyle page on our site for a full guideline on why and how to use the foam roller. This will ensure that your body is completely rejuvenated from this past year of training, and properly prepared for what is to come for us in 2015.

Please take this very seriously when it comes to recovery, because more is not better.  More will cause you to overtrain which can cause extreme exhaustion and injury.  Recovery is just as important as training, so please, please, please follow my advice on this one.  Rest is a good thing! :-)

So, let's make these next 2 weeks of training the best 2 weeks of training ever for you.  Let us finish off this year with excellent attendance, healthy/clean eating, hard effort, and amazing enthusiasm!  This will help you to finish off this year of training with a ton of energy which will carry you into this next season of life.

I will be visiting some your classes over this next 2 weeks and I look forward to meeting you all.
