Meet inside the gymnasium next to the parking lot of the Dept of Health and Human Services (8818 Georgia Ave). Free parking in the DHHS parking lot, and on the street. Please bring a comfortable mat or portable chair to sit on as the seminar will be held in a gymnasium setting.


All participants will need to bring their ID, and participants under the age of 18 will have to be accompanied by an adult.

I’m Sheli Msall, a Registered, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and I love food! It really is amazing to see how a few simple changes in the food we eat everyday can manifest in so many ways – energy, concentration, fat loss, and muscle growth – not to mention the ability to prevent and reverse so many diseases. I can’t wait to help you reach YOUR health, fitness, and lifestyle goals with real food. The key is individualized small, manageable changes that you will be able to maintain lifelong – no diets, no magic pills, no meal replacement shakes, diet foods, or feeling hungry all the time. All of the misinformation available today makes figuring out how you should eat very challenging. I will provide you with science-based nutrition education proven to help you reach your goals, without denying you foods (and drinks!) you enjoy. 

Everyone has different goals, time constraints, food tolerance issues, and budgets. We can overcome any barriers you’re currently struggling with and get you to where you want to be. Whether you need grocery store tours, cooking classes, menus, or calorie and protein goals, we’ll work together to ensure your success. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable in their own skin and proud of themselves!

I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Hospitality with a concentration in Dietetics in 2006, and then obtained my Master’s Certificate for Dietetic Internship before taking the registration exam to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Since then I have worked to combat obesity and nutrition related disease processes, such as heart disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, and many others. I enjoy cooking and baking, traveling, spending time with friends and my dog, Roxy, and staying active any way I can. I have also been a member of CD Fit since 2013, and I love it! I can’t wait to meet you and find out how we can work together to achieve your goals.
