"My start weight was 213.8 lbs on August 4, 2014, which was when I started a 21 day juice cleanse. When I started boot camp on September 8, 2014 my weight was 192 lbs and as of Monday, 10/20/14, I weighed in at 180 lbs.

I did my measurements 2 days before starting bootcamp and I plan to take my measurements again this week to provide you my 6 week results. I can definitely tell the difference in my clothes that I'm losing the inches and I am very pleased.

Thank you so much Kristen for pushing me despite all my whining! Haha! I honestly can tell the difference in my energy and the improvement with my running. Although I still have long ways to go, such as completing a single pull up, I'm very happy to see that I'm making progress in other areas.

You can be sure I will be in your class every morning, unless I am on travel! I enjoy our class and most importantly your guidance and encouragement for us to keep pushing even when we feel like we can't do one more burpee, push up or sprint.

For the 21 day juice cleanse, I went through a company called turning natural. They are located in PG county and their website is www.turningnatural.com.
They provided me with six 12oz bottles of cold press juices a day.

I had a variety of vegetable and fruit juices and they were to my surprise very tasteful. During the cleanse I did not eat anything else nor did I work out. I lost a total of 16 pounds on the 21 day juice cleanse but I continued juicing on my own at home and began eating solids by sticking to a paleo regimen.

The weight continued to slowly come off but I knew I needed the "working out" component to expedite my weight loss journey and build on my strength.
