She believes that the number one way to achieve business success is to "embrace change, and uncover your current value in the natural resources of people, and technology to create a bridge to your future."
She has been recognized as a trailblazer by leading, instructing, and mentoring various teams for top companies. She was featured in Forbes Magazine as one of the "Texas Top Business Women" to watch.
In her spare time, she
enjoys being a mentor, volunteering for various non-profit organizations, and being a motivational speaker, and being an author.
