Day 29 of Julian's Healing July 28, 2012
Dear Friends of Prayer,
The uncertainty of doctor availability sometimes causes delay in certain procedures that can cause patients to become irritable but stuck without any recourse until the schedule of the doctors demands are lessened. Yep, a bunch of words that mean Julian's trachea didn't come out Friday because the doctors were time challenged because the hospital received many new trauma cases causing them to delay removing the tube until "possibly" Saturday. So no eating fried chicken or pizza for Julian, yet or as Julian puts it, "Man, what's taking them so long?"
Hopefully, today, will bring "Freedom from the Plastic Hose" shoved into his throat that has kept our son alive for over four weeks. I thought they would sew his hole shut once they take the tube out but my mom reminded me last night how my sister went through this exact same thing when she was hospitalized from a severe car accident some twenty years ago. The hole in the throat is bandaged only allowing the hole to heal "naturally" like a neighborhood cat after a fight of being torn to shreds, they retreat into the shadows of healing in the dark of loneliness instinctively consenting God's Divine Law of restoration to transpire. Pobrecito mi nino.
Keep praying for Julian to see his discomfort is God's Will of healing allowing him to find his purpose for living. We all agree God has something in store for Julian for he has surely been brought back to life by the Power of God Almighty to bring him the choice of living for His Purpose. I pray the young friends of Julian who read this healing update daily find God's Purpose too for their homes and family, their friends and city and their own country's future. The principled challenges your generation are facing will determine how this world is shaped. Living in faith, hope and love can heal broken bones, mend hearts and change a world. Let it begin with you, the Praying Friends of Julian.
We close today on our knees in absolute submission to God's Will. We find His Purpose in everything we do and we are thankfully praying for each one of you who take the time to pray and fast for Julian's complete healing. We are praying his mind, body and soul are healed to live in faith, hope and love. Thank you for encouraging that. Thank you for loving our God first for we know when we place God First, all else will fall into place. Amen. Un beso para todos ustedes en el nombre de Santo Cristo. Amén. Gracias. As always, we remain,
Yours in Christ,
Thomas and Toni Cruz-Wiggins
