Do Something Different This Year
Is This You EVERY Year???
Are you tired of the yo-yo?  Are you getting progressively fatter as each year passes?
Give up the dieting and adopt a lifestyle!
Adopting a low-fat, plant-based lifestyle is easier than you think.  It is nutrient-dense and calorie-dilute, enabling you to eat when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied (but not stuffed).  Why not make this the year that your New Years resolution sticks?

Begin now by creating a plan:
  1. Write down attainable, measurable goals, including milestones along the way.
  2. Create a list of what needs to be done ahead of time to prepare for implementation on January 1.  This includes giving/throwing away foods that will not help you to achieve your goals.  Stock your pantry with health promoting food.  Make a simple menu for the upcoming week so that you won't be tempted to hit the drive thru when you are pinched for time.
  3. Take it one week at a time, evaluating your progress as you go.

With a little determination, you can make your goals a reality and enjoy the vitality of good health that we all deserve!
