Carlo's Authentic Chicago pizza is one that would make Rudy Malnati proud. Rudy is the chef behind the original Pizzeria Uno and father of Rudy Jr (Pizano's - Carlo's favorite stop in Chicago) and Lou Malnati. The crust is similar to a pie crust with cheese slices under toppings of your choice then 20 full ounces of our delicious pizza sauce!
