Happy Spring Beloved One,
I'm loving the graceful unfolding of this Spring. My backyard is filled with purple wild flowers like never before. What a joy! Watching the bright red cardinal sit in the blooming dogwood surrounded by the new green backdrop takes my breath away. Life truly is a gift in all its forms.
Even in
adversity and loss the wildness of this Spring keeps pulling me back to peace. Last night's full moon did have me acting rather squirrely until I saw the gigantic fullness in the sky. Wow! I realized I was not alone in feeling edgy and immediately stopped beating myself up for my restlessness. Funny how it went away right after seeing the moon and recognizing the cycle.
Yes, it's true, I teach people to be less miserable and yet I'm still quite good at feeling miserable myself. I forget to love and embrace whatever arises and just breathe. When I do those things and the feelings remain I can feel helpless and cornered until I follow the energy to its pain bottom. The doors open and I free myself by diving deep. I've learned to not be afraid of my
emotions. This is a powerful freedom! Thank you Patrick Zeigler and All Love!
Boston All Love 2015 Class
I've had the joy of teaching two All Love Weekends in April, one here in Towson with Karuna Joy and one in Boston. They are getting very deep and so filled with love! I'm humbled by what transpires in these classes. I want to thank all you loving souls that decided to open your hearts though these powerful All Love classes! I love you for your strength and vulnerability! And I love you just because.
I asked Patrick last week what was the point to All
Love. I had an answer but wanted to hear him explain it. He said that the point was to form a deeper connection to Source, become more present in your body on the earth and to learn to not be afraid of your emotions. I could have given the first two answers but was deeply touched by the last one. I've received this gift from the All Love energy but never had it stated so plainly. I feel like Patrick should put it on a Bill Board! So many people fear their own emotions and it's very liberating to let that go. An ease of living arises.

All Love gives you permission to be like a child in the safe container of the class. You can allow your feelings and emotions to arise without judging them. Children don't judge their emotions. They just come and go quickly, like waves on the ocean. Maybe this is what Christ meant when he said, 'be as a little child.'
On a very personal note, I've been feeling deeply after losing Beloved Malcolm at the age of 40 to a heart attack March 11th. His lifestyle always made an early death a possibility. I allowed the howling pain to come up along with bursts of laughter and the aching gray discontent arising from not having him as a future possibility. In March we had been separated for 9 months but I always felt he would be back. He has come
back in spirit to laugh and tease me. I've even smelled his cologne waft through as I sat alone in my house. I burst into tears and laughter.
It's still a shock to have his vibrant aliveness gone. He was a great teacher for me, both from his full bodied brilliant unedited joy to his total self absorbed 'asshole-ness'! He had two names I'd regularly call him: Beloved and PIMA (pain in my ass). LOL! My blog tells some of the story if you're interested. He is the Pan in Dancing with the Lost Child and XTC. As big of a ride and as much complaining as I did about him I have
absolutely no regrets. I love you my Beloved PIMA! Enjoy the ecstasy of your new freedom!
What's coming up in May and June?
There's still room in Patrick's June 11-15, 2015 class! If you pay for at least 2 of the days by May 15th you can come to the Thursday evening free, a $60 savings. I'm extending the deadline. Help me get the word out and for any referrals you can get $20 for students attending 2 or more full days. If you attend, you get $50 off your fee for each full paying 2 or more day student you bring along! :)
I'll be offering an All Love/Enlightenment Activation on Saturday, May 16th from 7pm to 10pm if you'd like to dive in before Patrick arrives.
Do come out to the Big Show: KarmaFest Unity on May 30-31st at Oregon Ridge Park in Hunt Valley, MD. This is my favorite festival of the year! I'll be in the main hall vending, offering healing sessions and tarot readings, as well as giving one presentation each day. Saturday I'll offer The Colors of I Love You and Sunday the All Love/Enlightenment Activation.

Tantra Class Karmafest 2013
What else is new?
I had the joy of facilitating a healing Tantra retreat recently. I've offered Tantra retreats for a while now and this was my first retreater. Here's what she had to say:
