2014 Fitness Tax Credit Receipts
are ready for pick-up this week.
Please stop at our table and collect yours.
Eligible: ONLY Program fees from Jan - Dec 2014.
Society Fee, Gymnastics BC fee, meet fees and team suits are NOT eligible in the total.
NEXT SESSION - Program fees still outstanding!
Just a reminder that program fee cheques for returning gymnasts (if you have not already handed them in - thanks to those of you who have done so!!) is already due. Please post-date all cheques for either the 1st or the
15th of the month, or one cheque for the full session.
If you are not sure if you have handed in your cheques, just shoot us a quick email and we will check our records.
Any changes in address, telephone numbers, email addresses etc would be appreciated so we may update our records. An email with the changes will be appreciated.

It is very important that we know by posted deadlines if your child is NOT returning so that we can plan to fill any spaces accordingly. When you do not give us that advance notice, we are then scrambling to fill spots and sometimes this is such limited notice for those waiting patiently on our waiting list.
BOARD of DIRECTORS
As you are aware, positions on the Wings Board of Directors are all volunteer roles. The board meets monthly and communicates predominantly by email. If you are interested in finding out more, please contact us. All board meetings are open to attendance by parents who are interested in how we operate. We are always in search for more participation and we welcome feedback and input from all parents who are members of the Wings Gymnastics Society. For a club like ours, we need to have parents who have children in the club involved - Contact us: board@wingsgymnastics.com

Coming up...
Competitive Season is upon us...please make sure you read your emails from us with IMPORTANT information about meets, team suits etc. There has been numerous emails going out to Competitive and Interclub parents.
Responsibility of submitting meet deposit fees and confirming with Kerry the meets your child is able to attend is up to YOU! If we do not hear from you we assume your child should NOT be signed up to attend.
The 2015 National Gymnastics Week will be held from February 7 - 14, 2015.
Colouring Contest due on February 19, 2015.
