As we approach our 45th summer season in 2014, it's time to offer our best price on 2014 Season Passes. Beginning Friday, November 29th, the cost of each 2014 Season Pass is just $45.00 plus tax and this is the lowest price that will be offered at any time. Here are all of the details: - Season Passes give users unlimited admission to the park during all open
days.
- One complimentary 2014 Coupon Sheet with several discounts for use at the park including, for example, a free general admission to share with a friend or family member.
2014 Season Passes are good for use during the following 2014 schedule:
- Hours: Mondays -- Saturdays: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. / Sundays: 11 a.m. -- 6 p.m.
- May 3 thru September 14, 2014
- Open May 3, 4, 10, 11, 17 & 18 to public
- May 12-16 & May 19-23: Reserved for School Groups only
- May 24th thru August 3rd open every day
- Sunset Fridays in June & July -- Park will remain open until 9 p.m.
- Weekends only (Saturdays and Sundays) begins on August 9th
- Open on Labor Day, September 1st
- Last day of season, September 14th
- Boogie Board Sessions - Monday - Saturdays: 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 2:30 to 3 p.m.
- Boogie Board Sessions -- Sundays: 12 -- 12:30 p.m. & 2:30 to 3 p.m.
- Daily Surf Sessions: 5 to 6 p.m.
*Please note that 2014 Season Passes do not permit users to attend Daily Surfing Sessions. A 2014 Surf Pass will be offered in early 2014 and will include all uses of a 2014 Season Pass and access to Daily Surf Sessions. | |

If you know anything about Big Surf Waterpark, you know that the park is the site of the first ever wave pool. Back in 1965, the inventive mind of our creator, Phil Dexter began working on his dream of developing an in-land ocean designed for surfing. His creation came before the term waterpark was ever used. Well, on October 1st, 2013, the World Waterpark Association finally recognized Phil for what we have always known -- he's a Hall of Fame caliber inventor. With his daughter Marianne Orlowski, daughter-in-law Karyn Dexter and Big Surf Waterpark General Manager Bob Pena all serving in Phil's presence, Phil was received into the World
Waterpark Association Hall of Fame's 2013 class with much acclaim. We are all so proud of this recognition and can't wait for our 45th summer season, coming in May! Congratulations Phil!

| Well, what we kind of already knew is now official. On June 18th, 2013, we had 908 participants in the World's Largest Swimming
Lesson at Big Surf Waterpark. This means that out of the hundreds of venues that participated this year and in past years, we had the most participants! What a wonderful accomplishment! We are very honored that our name is going in the record books and to the 908 that were there that wonderful day and to the World Waterpark Association, a heartfelt Mahalo!

Big Surf Waterpark has immediate openings for one (1) full time, or two (2) part time/job share Corporate/Group Sales Associates. Applicants will be responsible for revenue generation by selling group outings comprised of 25 -- 3,000 admissions to
corporations, private parties, special events, school and church groups, etc. The sales positions daily tasks include but are not limited to prospecting and developing new customer relationships, maintaining current roster of inherited clients and work in cooperation with the management, catering, admissions, marketing and aquatics departments.
