What you will learn?

During a compliance review, intervention, or audit, your company might be found to have a hundred or more violations - but in fact, there are only a few violations that have the power to shut your operation down completely.

If you are found in violation of 2 or 3 of these regulations, it can result in a conditional or even unsatisfactory safety rating...in other words, the DOT can declare it ILLEGAL for you to dispatch trucks.

1st Step Program - 10am Session

*New Entrant Audit Prep   *Administrative Violations   *Uncategorized Violations   *Driver Qualification            *'16 Unpardonable Sins'

2nd Step Program - 1pm Session

The Critical and Acute violations are very important to know for all motor carriers, regardless if you are a private carrier or if you haul for hire.

Join us to learn how to avoid these violations and maintain a compliant safety program!
