Extreme Dieting (for short-term goals...2 to 3 weeks max)

Let me get this clear from the start - I am not recommending you try this unless you really need to. This is NOT the most optimal way to lose fat and retain muscle, but it is one of the fastest ways to accelerate your diet if you have limited time to get ready for a photo-shoot or show. The diet is extremely simple and yet very hardcore. It is made of several main foods that you will eat for a period of no more than 2-3 weeks. Once I had to get ready for a photo shoot in matter of 2 weeks and I had to develop a very hard and workable diet in order to be able to drop the extra fat fast. I am warning you, this isn't for the faint of heart. Another benefit from this diet is the fact that it will seriously detoxify your body.
1. Salmon -- you will have between 4 and 6 meals per day of salmon. It can also be substituted with chicken, but no more than 3 meals.
2. Grapefruit -- You will eat one grapefruit with every meal of the day.
3. Broccoli (or avocado)-- You will have broccoli with every meal of the day. It can also be substituted with Brussels sprout or avocado.
Here is how a sample day will look like:
Meal 1 -- 150 grams salmon (or chicken) + 150 grams broccoli + 1 grapefruit + green tea
Meal 2 -- 150 grams salmon (or chicken) + 150 grams broccoli + 1 grapefruit + green tea
Meal 3 -- 150 grams salmon + 150 grams broccoli + 1 grapefruit + green tea
Meal 4 -- 150 grams salmon + 150 grams broccoli + 1 grapefruit + green tea
Meal 5 -- 150 grams salmon + 1 avocado
Post-workout: 1 dose of whey protein.
Between meals: 5 grams of BCAA between meals, for total of 4-5 serving per day + 5 grams of Glutamine between meals, for total of 4-5 serving per day
Additional supplements: Multivitamin/Multimineral
Optional fat-burning supplements: Yohimbine, L-Carnitine, L-Tyrosine
Additional info: if you feel extremely tired, eat a banana or green apple.
