Q:   How do I provide a courtesy discount (credit) for a client on an invoice?

A:  From the start screen select “Time Keeping” and then select “Detail” to arrive at the “Time & Cost Entry” screen. Next select the “Credit Box” on the top right and enter the amount and assign to the Matter ID. Click on “Save Entry (F2)”. This action will display as a discount on the invoice.
