Dr. Steven King grew up in the state of Washington in the rural community of Pullman. For a while he lived on a ranch in Canada before starting on his journey to the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s medical school where he completed his fellowship in 2004. In 2006 Dr. King, and his partner, started Alabama Pediatric Gastroenterology in Birmingham. In early 2012 Dr. King and his wife Wilma purchased land and later that year began construction on what would become a unique property that allowed him to combine his passion for the Ranch and Farms he grew up around and his love for helping others through his medical practice. In the process Dr. King bought out his partner and now he has a new “Barn” from which to practice medicine. (See photo for a glimpse of Dr. King's new building!)

In this transaction we were able to help secure financing for the building using an SBA 504 and the new equipment was financed using an SBA 7(a) loan.

Now is the Time! - July 2013 504 Rates

Alliance Capital continues to leverage our relationships to provide our clients the most efficient processing and competitive pricing available in the market.  The SBA 504 rates for the month of July are as low as 4.4% for the ten year fixed rates and 5.22% for the twenty year fixed rates.  These rates reflect the SBA or second mortgage side of the loan.  The SBA 504 loan is a participating loan that allows up to 90% financing, the lender makes the first mortgage loan at 50% of the project cost and the SBA helps fund the second mortgage at up to 40% of the project cost.  The first mortgage rate is set by the participating lender, while the second mortgage rate is a combination of the actual note rate and the applicable servicing fees.  The SBA 504 loan is designed for the purchase, construction or renovations of owner occupied commercial real estate or the purchase of equipment with a long useful life.  Call today to take advantage of rates while they still remain at historically low levels.  We all know this won't last forever!
