Michael "Scott" Kendrick, MD began his medical career after graduating from UAB School of Medicine in 1994.  He formed his own Interventional Pain Practice in 2007 at Carraway Medical Center, but he moved quickly to Birmingham's Southside.  In the Spring of 2010, we met for the first time and were fortunate to obtain the opportunity to help Dr. Kendrick secure financing to purchase and renovate the building in which he currently practices.

From this 10,000 square foot building, Dr. Kendrick has taken his practice of pain management, now called Southside Pain Specialists, to a whole new level.  And now, in conjunction with his current bank, we are helping to finance an expansion and renovation to this facility that will make his practice one of the most state-of-the-art in the Birmingham area.

March 2013 504 Rates - Low Rates Continue!
Alliance Capital continues to leverage our relationships to provide our clients the most efficient processing and competitive pricing available in the market.  The SBA 504 rates for the month of March are as low as 3.70% for the ten year fixed rates and 4.29% for the twenty year fixed rates.  These rates reflect the SBA or second mortgage side of the loan.  The SBA 504 loan is a participating loan that allows up to 90% financing, the lender makes the first mortgage loan at 50% of the project cost and the SBA helps fund the second mortgage at up to 40% of the project cost.  The first mortgage rate is set by the participating lender, while the second mortgage rate is a combination of the actual note rate and the applicable servicing fees.  The SBA 504 loan is designed for the purchase, construction or renovations of owner occupied commercial real estate or the purchase of equipment with a long useful life.  Call today to take advantage of these low fixed rates!
