Dear friends,
I send you greetings, love and best wishes for August. I look forward to a month of events around the island, beginning this weekend with our regular monthly meditation group in Waimea and the last "Walking in the Wild" for the foreseeable future. In the months ahead, this newsletter will bring information of new programs and poetry/teaching events around the island — and in all likelihood abroad next year also.

Our Community Blog continues to be active while the Petals and Blood Blog has regular weekly posts. The July 2014 talk at the meditation group in Waimea titled "The Indestructible Essence of who we truly are" has been downloaded, with  separate meditation instructions, to the Library of Talks and is available for listening and download.

I look forward to the possibility of our paths crossing this month

Walking in the Wild — The Monthly Walking/Hiking Meditation
Please join together in community for a morning of deep silence, alone and together, in nature, this coming Saturday  August 2, 2014 in North Kohala, from 8:30 AM to 10 AM. Refreshments will be served afterwards. This will be the last scheduled walk in 2014. 

Liberation into Love —The  Monthly Waimea  Meditation Group
Please join  together in community this coming weekend, Sunday  August 3, 2014, for three hours of quiet, meditation, and our continuing monthly exploration of different aspects of Awakening.
