California painter Jeremy Lipking won the prestigious Prix de West Purchase Award, and Idaho artist and 2015 Plein Air Convention & Expo instructor George Carlson won two prizes in the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum's Prix de West Awards, presented June 14 in Oklahoma City. New and Immediate Way to Connect With Collectors
