Colorado artist Ted Garcia decided to paint outside every day for a year, but when that concluded, he wanted to do more. "After reading how Monet painted something like 2,000 paintings in his lifetime, I wanted to know what kind of plein air painter I could become if I committed to doing 2,000 paintings," he said.
