Camp Hill Event Puts Cash Back Into Local Arts Scene Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, located outside of Harrisburg, is the site of an annual plein air event that in the last three years has raised $364,000 that organizers have put right back into the local arts community. This event, the Plein Air Camp Hill Competition and Arts Festival, is interesting for its wide scope -- it hosts professional artists competing for a top prize of $2,000, and it organizes free workshops and activities for artists of all levels and ages.
